Ross has a long history of dedicated work in the electrical service industry. A graduate of DeLaSalle High School in 2005, he came up through the trade as an apprentice and journeyman electrician, distinguishing himself in the field with respected union shops including Motor City Electric, Rotor Electric, and Centerline Electric.
Ross earned his Master Electrician license and founded Volt Electric in 2026. Since then, the company has provided electrical services to several Valvoline Oil businesses across Metro Detroit, as well as Valvoline sites in Owosso, Lapeer, and Flint.
Earlier in his career, Ross delivered electrical systems for the City of Detroit's Great Lakes Water Authority, powering CSO freshwater pump stations as a small job specialist for Rotor Electric. That blend of large-scale municipal experience and hands-on craftsmanship is what every Volt Electric client benefits from today.
